I received the 12k-UPRO inverters in good condition. I have not yet installed them so I cannot comment on the quality of the actual device. But my ordered arrived in good condition with great packing to ensure no shipping damage and including all the components as expected. Sini was very professional and responsive throughout the process. This was my first experience working with Grandtech and am very satisfied. Grandtech was the first supplier that could send the new UPRO models that I found and they did not disappoint. I rated 4/5 stars simply because I have not yet installed and used the inverters yet. This review is mainly about the quality of working with Grandtech as a supplier.
