Despite my special requirements (probably rating me as a 'problematic client'!), there was full attention devoted by GrandTech's service team to my order. My initial payment problems were sorted and my special request of hotel delivery was facilitated with perfect follow-up, despite the language barrier in China. The design and housing was as solid and as-described.
